Content Lion is a creative and innovative content production company dedicated to delivering exceptional content for a diverse range of clients. We are made up of a team of creatives who specialize in creative development, production, and post-production all under the same roof. We partner with brands and agencies to create campaigns that inspire action and to bring to life projects through creative yet efficient planning and execution in order to deliver and exceed client expectations.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Content Creator / Director to join our dynamic production team. As part of the Production team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of campaign concepts and responses to briefs from agency and direct to brand enquiries. Working closely with our producers you will be responsible for the, direction, shooting and working with our post production team, to deliver our projects on brief and ontime whist exceding expectations.

Content Creators at Content Lion are responsible for;

  1. Creative Development:

  2. Receiving briefs from clients that require creative vision and working with producers to execute and deliver.

  3. Storyboard and pitch creative work.

  4. Onset Responsibilities

  5. Pre Production and logistics planning with producers and production managers.

  6. Directing and Shooting content both social and online creative.
  7. Strong Understanding of Camera equipment from large production to more nimble set ups.
  8. Occastional Editing when required.
  9. Project Handovers to Post Production Teams
  10. Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and timeframes

  11. Calm and composition in a fast-pased enviroment

  12. Team Growth and Managment;

  13. Mentorship: Assist in the growth and development of junior members of the production team, providing guidance and support.

  14. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Content Creation direct to brand or agency.

  • Strong Portfolio of work that shows diversity in responding to different styles of work as well as consistency.

  • Exceptional undestanding of the content production processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities
