About the Role

Senior Reporting Data Analyst – Transformation Program – 12-month initial contract

We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Senior Reporting Data Analyst to join a fast-paced transformation program. This role will suit an experienced professional with a passion for developing meaningful, insightful reports and visualisations that directly support executive decision-making.

Reporting to the Head of Program Performance, you will play a key role in tracking program delivery status, financial budget spend, and overall program performance. By combining complex data into a clear and compelling narrative, you will provide actionable insights that enable the leadership team to make informed decisions and deliver on strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making across the program
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis requests
  • Partner with the Governance team to monitor financial budget spend and RAID compliance
  • Build and optimise data models (DAX, Power Query, M Language) to ensure accurate and efficient reporting
  • Translate complex data into clear, impactful insights that influence program performance and outcomes

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics, modelling, and visualisation
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, with expertise in dashboard design and UX best practices
  • Hands-on experience with data modelling using DAX, Power Query and M language to support dashboard reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, impactful stories
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment
