We are on the hunt for a data storyteller with a passion for driving customer-centric transformation? We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) Program and help shape the future of customer engagement.

Reporting to the Data & Reporting Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in the Service Layer of the CXT Program. This is more than just crunching numbers—it's about combining data, graphics, and compelling narratives to spark action and deliver meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform deep-dive data analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop future-focused reporting strategies using emerging technologies
  • Create engaging visualiations and insights that drive customer experience improvements
  • Champion data-driven storytelling to influence stakeholders and uplift service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for volume deflection and technology adoption through actionable insights
