We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Finance team and help drive smarter, data-led decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way Finance uses data by delivering innovative solutions, automation, and insights that create real business value.

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

  • Bring data together, cleanse, and integrate it into platforms accessible to Finance Partners and business leaders
  • Design and develop data models to support self-service reporting and visualisation
  • Produce dynamic dashboards and reporting tools tailored to stakeholder needs
  • Ensure data integrity within a strong governance and control framework
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement across reporting and analytics
  • Build technical and data literacy capabilities across the wider Finance team
  • Work closely with Finance leaders to deliver insights and solutions that support the future operating model

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or finance-related projects
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and DAX (Tableau experience a plus)
  • Background in financial services or previous experience working in Finance
  • Proven ability to design and deliver user-friendly data solutions and dashboards
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial modelling and performance insights
  • Degree qualifications in Data Analytics, IT, Finance, or related discipline (CA/CPA highly regarded but not essential)
