We're on the lookout for a Product Manager to lead delivery across our customer account systems, with a strong focus on payments, registration, and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and offshore teams to prioritise and deliver initiatives, translating complex regulatory requirements and business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.

What you will bring
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Product Manager for a tech business.
- Experience with digital wagering or racing industry products is essential.
- Proven success in delivering impactful product initiatives end-to-end.
- Familiarity with payments, customer account systems, or regulatory-driven products.
- Experience breaking down complex legal or regulatory requirements into clear, deliverable solutions.
- Experience in Lean and/or Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in distributed teams, including offshore teams or external partners.
- Competent in the use of JIRA or similar software for managing development.
- You are a team player.
- Strong attention to detail and have pride in what you deliver.
- A strong interest in racing and sport is beneficial.

Some tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Own changes to customer accounts (registration, management, Payments and improvements) across channels and drive relationships with external partners to external partners, ensuring requests are prioritised and opportunities are delivered effectively.
- Own the product implementation of all new regulation and RG requirements. Build a strong understanding of legal requirements and interpret regulatory changes, ensuring the organization's adherence to evolving standards such as NT code, AML/CTF rules, and consistent gambling requirements.
- Implement an cross-channel product compliance strategy, breaking down regulatory issues into actionable tasks and opportunities cross-platform, and collaborating with product internal teams & external partners for seamless integration. While keeping the CX at the forefront of decisions to ensure were deliver value to customers where possible.
- Support and champion personalisation and loyalty initiatives aimed at enhancing customer accounts, fostering engagement, and delivering tangible benefits to customers. As well as looking at improvements across the acquisition and retention funnels from a customer account perspective.
- Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities for customer accounts and related back-office workflows. While feeding into wider product/business strategy
- Take a structured approach to project management where required, planning and tracking progress on regulation-driven initiatives that must be delivered end-to-end.
- Apply business analysis skills to interpret detailed regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, prioritised product and technical deliverables.
- Actively participate in product discovery activities and coordinate internal subject matter experts.
- Develop business requirements, through epics and stories, working with the technology team to ensure they are feasible.
- Manage and support the testing and acceptance of features with internal test groups.
- Work closely with Legal team and Risk to ensure we remain compliant across products.
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders to aid and influence the improvement to products and processes.
- Be the internal go-to person for all matters related to customer accounts and regulatory products.
