Production Manager – Signage

Join a fast-growing creative business delivering signage and activation solutions for national brands. The team has doubled in size over the past 18 months and is now looking for a driven Production Manager to lead a young, energetic production crew and take operations to the next level.

About the Role

You'll oversee day-to-day production across print, fabrication, and design – keeping jobs on track from concept through to installation. The role suits someone who's just as comfortable leading from the floor as they are managing schedules and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule production using ShopVox
  • Coordinate workflow between design, fabrication, and project management
  • Order materials, allocate resources, and maintain timelines
  • Support and guide a growing production team of five
  • Maintain quality standards across print and fabrication
  • Jump in hands-on when needed to keep jobs moving
  • Problem-solve and manage urgent jobs under tight deadlines
