About the Role:

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual budgeting, corporate planning, and monthly forecasting processes
  • Prepare and present board packs, including board-ready PowerPoint presentations summarising key insights and performance metrics.
  • Deliver financial reporting, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with divisional and corporate teams to support informed decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Support the implementation of new planning and reporting systems to enhance automation and insight generation.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on support and coordination of activities across the FP&A function.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with hands-on involvement in annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly planning cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing board packs and presenting complex financial data in a clear, compelling format suitable for executive audiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – a collaborative communicator who can influence across levels and functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, SUMIFS, INDEX MATCH) and experience using planning/reporting tools.
  • Big 4 background or experience in blue-chip environments highly desirable.
  • CA or CPA qualified with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
