Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Liaison Officer with experience in Administration & Customer service to join our team. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 6 month fixed-term position focused on providing exceptional support to our patients, coordinating with the specialists and ensuring a smooth communication flow between customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. It is a phone-based position, ideal for someone who excels in organisation, attention to detail, and professional communication.
The role:
The role encompasses client liaison and administration duties including, but not limited to:
Take phone and online bookings and cancellations, ensuring that the booking system is updated accurately with all the required information.Handle phone and online queries from all clients in a warm and friendly manner by providing information & supportPrepare files for appointments at doctors personal rooms and regional locationsAssist with organising and running external seminars attended or organised by the Navigator Group. General administrative duties as directed by the General Manager.Skills and experience:
The successful candidate will:
Be outgoing and personable with excellent customer service, and telephone skillsMinimum 2 years experience in a similar rolePossess exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skillsHigh attention to detailTeam player & well presentedHave computer and online booking system experienceKnowledge of personal injury insurance schemes advantageous, but not a requirementWhat you get:
