What You'll Bring
- A graduate with solid experience in change management, project management, or a related role
- Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with and influence diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with change management software/tools.
