Job Title: Full-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Essential Care Victoria

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About Us:

Essential Care Victoria is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our clients. We are a CHSP service provider, we are looking for a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with inquiries.
  • Making outbound calls to clients, staff, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Scheduling and managing client bookings efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating schedules.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably handling calls.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
