Junior Operations Manager

">About the Role:

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care. The role involves assisting the Director of Service with creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.

The successful candidate will have a strong team player mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a can-do, positive attitude.

We are looking for someone who has loads of energy and can just love to have fun while working with primary school-aged children.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of children in our care.
  • Support the Director of Service with ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Engage with parents and provide support with enquiries wherever possible.
  • Represent the organization at events and assemblies as required.
">Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in Before and After School Care or education is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria.
