Description

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing sales team across Victoria, instilling a commercial mindset and growth-oriented culture.

  • Managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the foodservice sector.

  • Driving revenue by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and unlocking new business across a broad product portfolio.

  • Partnering closely with the executive team to shape and execute the company's sales strategy.

  • Supporting your team's development through field coaching, regular feedback, and clear goal setting.

  • Delivering insights around sales pipeline, account profitability, and performance trends to enable smarter decision-making.

Profile

  • Proven success in leading sales teams, ideally within foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality channels (HORECA).

  • A relationship-driven leader with strong commercial acumen and a service-first mindset.

  • Experience building and executing customer strategies that deliver both growth and margin.

  • A team-first mentality and a leadership style that empowers others to thrive.

  • A confident communicator who is just as effective in client meetings as they are in internal strategy discussions.
