The opportunity
Join our dynamic team as a Remediation Specialist, where you'll play a key role in identifying and resolving customer issues. You'll have the opportunity to analyse customer and policy data and contribute your expertise to ensure seamless resolutions under the Customer Remediation Program (CRP). Your new role
In this role you will:

  • Actively participate in customer remediation projects by identifying potential issues and executing appropriate fixes in adequate timeframes
  • Independently manage manual remediation projects and provide subject matter expertise in relation to potential fixes and remediation plans.
  • Prepare and release remediation letters and process refunds for customers
  • Prepare reports and provide business trends and feedback to create efficiencies in workflow
  • Actively participate in system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform Production Verification Testing (PVT) as required.
  • Assist customers, agents, brokers, with enquiries and concerns regarding remediation
  • Investigate, resolve or escalate all remediation-related complaints in a timely manner
  • Service our customers' needs in a professional, empathetic and personable manner

About You
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Experience in similar role and ideally insurance experience.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Experience using multiple systems/applications & Microsoft office skills
  • Able to manage and execute project tasks in adequate timeframes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
