We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused trade sales person to join our team at our Coldstream. Experience with timber ideal

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service whether they visit us in-store, call, or place orders online. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with product enquiries, orders, and quotes via the counter, phone, email, and website
  • Liaising with internal team members including other branches and sales reps
  • Processing incoming goods and handling transfers and dispatches
  • Maintaining stock levels and monitoring inventory
  • Working as part of a team to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash
  • General sales support duties
  • Availability to work rotating Saturday mornings (8:00 am – 12:30 pm) and occasional overtime
