Sales & Warehouse Assistant – Protective Trade Group (Ravenhall VIC) Location: 7–9 Westwood Drive, Ravenhall VIC Website: Protective Trade Group is a supplier of building protection materials, tapes, safety gear, and worksite consumables to the construction and renovation industry. We're looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team, assisting with sales and warehouse duties at our Ravenhall location. About the Role This is a hands-on, full-time position that includes a mix of warehouse and sales responsibilities. Key duties include: Assisting customers by phone, email, and in person Processing sales orders and preparing goods for dispatch Picking, packing, delivering and organising stock Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and inventory Supporting the sales team with quotes and customer service Occasionally working from our Blackburn store when required (home base will be Ravenhall) About You Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and organised, with good attention to detail Experience in warehouse, logistics, or trade sales preferred Comfortable using computers and basic sales systems Current driver's licence (forklift licence preferred but not essential) What We Offer Friendly, supportive team Long-term stability with growth opportunities Varied and active role — no two days the same On-the-job training and product knowledge support
