This company is going through continuous growth across ANZ, and we are looking for a passionate Account Manager- Hospitality Partnerships to join their expanding local team.

Immediately available is a 12-month max term contract

If you're driven, people-focused, and experienced in partner management (especially B2B), across the services industry within digital platforms, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a global business.

Working with emerging
professional host accounts
, you'll play a key role in supporting their growth on the platform while ensuring they maintain
best-in-class hospitality standards
.

You'll be the go-to trusted advisor in ANZ, reporting to a highly supportive and inspiring manager, and collaborating with a wider team of local & global professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage a portfolio of hosts to drive performance, sales, and guest satisfaction.

· Run one-to-one account management and one-to-many education programs (webinars, email campaigns, etc.).

· Deliver expert guidance on pricing, platform education, and supply optimisation.

· Drive performance through data analysis and insights to identify growth opportunities.

· Provide exceptional support to hosts via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

· Meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals through a structured and proactive approach.

What you'll bring:

· 3+ years' experience in
account management or partner success.

· Background in
hospitality, travel tech, or e-commerce
(preferred but not essential).

· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

· Goal-oriented, results-driven, and
bias for action
– you get things done.

· Ability to work both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment.

· Familiarity with
CRM tools
– Salesforce experience is a bonus.

· A collaborative, team-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
