About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Maintenance Landscapers to join a professional team maintaining a portfolio of premium residential and commercial properties. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering high-quality landscape and garden maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general garden and grounds maintenance including:

  • Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weeding, and mulching

  • Plant installation and basic garden improvements
  • Blower use and green waste removal
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure sites are kept to the highest standard
  • Follow safety procedures and contribute to a positive work environment
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in landscape maintenance or gardening
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor environments
  • White Card (required)
  • Driver's licence
  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
