WE ARE GROWING Established in 2003, Abloom Landscapes is a full-service garden design, construction and maintenance company. We have a High Standard of Service and a Great Team. We work on Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches at high-end residential homes.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • All aspects of Landscape Maintenance

  • Maintenance: grass cutting, lawn and border care, mulching, pruning, hedge trimming, leaf clearance, weed control, plant selection, tree care, turf, irrigation, plant installation, horticultural advice and more.

  • Providing efficient delivery of projects ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • People leadership: lead and provide the day-to-day management and motivation of your Team
  • Workplace Health and Safety management: manage sites to ensure safety for other team members, customers, contractors and members of the community.

Qualifications & experience

  • A trade qualification such as Horticulture and/or Cert III Landscape Construction (essential)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in Landscape Maintenance (essential)
  • NSW White Card for Construction
  • Current valid driver's licence essential (with a good driving record)
  • First Aid Certificate.

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Mature and sensible with a Strong work ethic
  • Passionate and a willingness to learn and grow as a Manager
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to speak comfortably and effectively with customers, team members and management
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
  • Ability to undertake manual/physical work
  • Knowledge of a digital scheduler (e.g. Tradify) is an advantage but not essential as training can be provided.
