About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lawn & Garden Landscape Maintenance professional to join our team at Clean Cut Gardens in North Balgowlah, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes in the local area.

What you'll be doing

  • Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns and gardens to keep them well-manicured
  • Pruning, weeding, and mulching plant beds
  • Clearing leaves, debris, and other garden waste
  • Watering and fertilising plants, lawns, and gardens as needed
  • Identifying and addressing any pest or disease issues
  • Providing general landscape maintenance and enhancing the curb appeal of properties
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar lawn and garden maintenance role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proper lawn, plant, and garden care techniques
  • Proficiency in using lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • A valid driver's licence and able to drive a manual vehicle an advantage
