YOUR ROLE

The PMO Analyst will provide analytical and administrative support to the overall PMO function and with supporting the successful delivery of technology initiatives. The role responsibilities will include quality assurance across governance, controls, frameworks, processes, performance and budget tracking, document management, reporting, overall meeting management and adherence to PMO best practice.

This is a two-year fixed-term contract role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the overall PMO function with daily administration, governance, controls, budgets, reporting and assurance
  • Assist the overall PMO and initiatives with administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to frameworks, standards, guidelines and processes
  • Assist with quality assurance across all programs and projects to ensure adherence to PMO best practices
  • Support program and project governance and standardization across technology initiatives to drive efficiency and compliance
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on portfolio, program and project performance and governance reporting ensuring high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Support the preparation of Board reports and assist with budget and resource tracking across the DRI program
