About the team

Our Technology team is the backbone of the business, building and maintaining the information technology infrastructure that support Coles Group. As a part of the Technology team, you get the opportunity to work through complex, challenging, meaningful problems using large data sets and new technologies to expand your skills and experience.

About the role:

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to provide support with financial project management and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO team.

About your and your skills:

  • At least 5 years IT experience, in a PMO capability or Consulting role, in a waterfall or an agile environment, with experience delivering large programs of work.

  • Expert interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities that enable you to communicate and manage relationships across the organisation – from your peers, vendors and partners, stakeholders to senior executives.

  • Experience managing relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Experience in supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing relevant changes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and Systems

  • Market knowledge and experience in the delivery and management of retail and technology solutions

  • Strong financial and risk management skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
