Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable Team leaders across multiple roles to join our growing team. Successful applicants will assist in daily forestry operations, Cut and Spray, Pine Pruning, Tree planting, Shielding(Chemical Application) and Burning.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain forestry equipment and tools safely

• Assist with tree planting, pruning, Shielding, and general forestry maintenance

• Follow all safety procedures and environmental guidelines

• Conduct pre-start checks and complete daily work logs

• Report hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly

• Work collaboratively as part of a small, skilled crew

Skills & Experience

• Experience in forestry (preferred)

• Sound understanding of workplace safety (WHS)

• Chainsaw or Chemical tickets required(If not held, training will be provided)

• Applicants must hold current manual driver's licence

• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions in remote locations

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
