We have an exciting 12 month fixed term contract (FTC) opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to oversee elements for delivery of the systems or process that require interface with the Warehouse Management System (WMS)and Target execution systems through key facilities of Supply Chain (SC) network.

What will you do?

  • Support system and process development to optimize SC capability including new processes requirements, additional reports, and minor changes to configuration
  • Maintain and control Standard Operating procedure documentation and other administrative requirements as required
  • Monitor and address system performance through the collation of metrics from operational resources and through issue identification and resolution of system related issues
  • Perform "maintenance style" configuration of the WM system (e.g., new routes, new pick zones) and high- level trouble shooting of the technical issues and drive timely resolution with IT support teams
  • Identify continuous process and system improvement opportunities for RDC operations including active involvement in projects
  • Support SC Regional Distribution Centre Operations and SC Central Operations with administration and operational support as required during peak or critical periods
  • Flexible with working hours and willing to work across Australia to support Target's deployment plan

What are we looking for?

  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) capability and support experience (highly regarded)
  • Understanding of WMS and RF configuration and set up (highly regarded)
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service mindset
  • Evidence of strong problem solving and analytical mindset
  • Passion for technology and systems with an interest in continuous improvement
