Temporary Position Available: Digital Print & Graphic Design Team Member – Broadbeach

We are currently seeking a Digital Print & Graphic Design Team Member for a temporary position at our Broadbeach branch, to cover a 4-month maternity leave.

This role is well-suited to someone with moderate graphic design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to start immediately.

We're looking for a motivated, attentive, and dedicated individual who's keen to grow within the role. While previous experience in design, mailing, or shipping is not essential, it is certainly preferred. Full training will be provided on the job.

The position may involve (but is not limited to):

  • Exceptional customer service

  • Pre-press and digital printing

  • Graphic design

  • Domestic & international shipping

  • Mail sorting & fulfillment

  • Meeting KPIs set by management

  • Quoting/estimating and customer follow-up

  • Setting up and imposing files for printing

  • Knowledge of digital print workflow

  • Binding and finishing

  • Meeting deadlines and working under pressure

  • Working under strict direction as well as self-managing your time

  • Cash handling

  • Opening and closing procedures

  • General office tasks and maintaining tidiness

Key Responsibilities / Requirements for the Role:

  • Experience with Adobe Suite, including InDesign and Illustrator

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality

  • Great written and verbal communication skills

  • Bindery and print finishing experience (advantageous)

  • Strong computer and design skills (advantageous)

  • Quick learner
