We're Hiring: Marketing Manager (In-House)
Location: Sunshine Coast (Chevallum Office)
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

We're on the hunt for a creative and organised in-house Marketing Manager to join our team part-time and help build our growing brand across digital, print, and video.

This role is based in our Sunshine Coast office (Chevallum) and includes 3 days per week, with some travel to site locations for capturing video and photo content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts with regular content and engagement

  • Post updates and respond to reviews across multiple Google My Business locations

  • Capture onsite content including photos, short videos, and engaging reels

  • Create interesting and unique reels that grab attention and stop the scroll

  • Design and coordinate flyers, magnets, and other promo materials—including monthly stock management and print deadlines

  • Plan and deliver email and SMS marketing campaigns

  • Review performance of external contractors for SEO and Google Ads, and report on results

  • Adwords experience an advantage

  • Handle other marketing tasks and projects as they come up

Who We're Looking For:

  • Creative, proactive, and confident with content creation

  • Strong eye for design and current trends (Canva, Adobe, etc.)

  • Comfortable with filming/editing short-form content for socials

  • Organised and professional—able to manage timelines, projects, and marketing assets with precision

  • Previous experience overseeing SEO or AdWords

  • Must have a driver's license and be willing to travel locally for onsite content
