- Elevate our brand’s presence through meaningful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Design and deliver a diverse and detailed Marketing & Communications Plan aligned with the Sofitel brand.
- Manage advertisements, sales presentations and initiatives for the hotel.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Oversee public relations activities to enhance the company’s public image.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with appointed agencies on campaign performance and deliverables.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales enablement materials and ensure marketing efforts align with objectives.
- Work closely with other departments, including Operations and Revenue, to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support overall business objectives.

**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:

- Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience, within experience in luxury hospitality advantageous.
- Qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field highly regarded.
- Meta, GMB, community engagement, & content generation experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with a creative flair.
- Ability to leverage customer insights to formulate an effective marketing and communications plan.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and respond to new opportunities with innovative strategies.
