The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Operations Officer to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries, including consumers, salon clients, and sales representatives. You'll respond to queries via phone and email, provide product and service support, and ensure issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Duties:

Customer Service & Support

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Problem solve and identify resolutions to meet customer needs.
  • Escalate issues where required to support resolution.
  • Maintain knowledge of NAK products, services, and processes.

Administration & Returns

  • Complete administration and record-keeping tasks.
  • Process returns in line with company procedures.
  • Meet case guidelines and customer expectations.
  • Provide admin support to assist in customer resolution.

Team Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Share knowledge and support colleagues.
  • Contribute to a positive and high-performing team environment.

About You:

You're a people first professional who thrives in a fast paced environment. With a natural ability to build rapport, you enjoy solving problems and finding the best outcomes for customers. You're organised, adaptable, and take pride in delivering service with professionalism and care.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ year experience in administration support, business support, or contact centre, or relevant qualifications in business administration.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive problem solver with great attention to detail.
  • Team player with a willingness to contribute to shared success.
  • Awareness and understanding of customer service standards and expectations
