**Role**: Customer Care Consultant
**Location**: Brisbane - Hybrid (2 office days, 3 days WFH)
**Office location**:69 Ann Street, between Roma St and Central station - approx 10 mins walk
**Hours**: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 am - 6 pm roster)
**Pay**: $58,823 + super
**Start Date**: December 9th
**Eligibility**: Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only
**Training**: 8-12 weeks of paid training

As a **Customer Care Consultant**, you'll be the friendly voice our customers rely on. From answering questions to guiding them through our self-service portal, you'll make a difference every day by helping customers get the best financial benefits possible.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Be the first point of contact** for customer inquiries-answering calls, resolving issues, and helping them with their accounts
- **Help customers unlock benefits**, introducing them to additional products and options
- **Provide solutions** on the spot, whenever possible, to improve customer experience
- **Support and guide** customers with basic tax-related questions (no worries-we'll train you)
- **Keep things smooth** by making sure data is accurate and updated

**About You**:

- You've had experience in **retail or hospitality** and love giving great customer service
- You're friendly, patient, and great at multitasking
- You're a quick learner, tech-savvy, and ready to dive into a new challenge
- You can explain things simply and clearly over the phone
- You're interested in learning about finance and helping others manage their money
