Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a professional and friendly customer care specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.
- Maintaining coordination between teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Processing customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administering client information and being the primary point of contact for service and support requests.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on time management and problem-solving. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
