Velocity Truck Centres is seeking a motivated Used Truck Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team at Laverton. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic range of quality pre-owned trucks, engage directly with customers, and be an integral part of our dealership's continued growth.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of truck inventory, ensuring optimal presentation and preservation
  • Post engaging adverts, capturing professional photos to attract prospective buyers
  • Promptly respond to online enquiries, providing accurate and professional customer service
  • Maintain exceptional yard presentation to reflect our dealership standards
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and inspections to uphold quality standards
  • Coordinate truck preparation for customer delivery, ensuring a seamless handover
  • Conduct trade-in appraisals effectively to support sales processes
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing directly to team success

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Used Truck sales with ability to perform accurate trade appraisals
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and manage online sales enquiries effectively
  • A strong eye for detail in inventory preparation and yard management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven attitude, motivated by exceeding sales targets
  • Valid HR licence
