We are currently looking for a **motivated Aftermarket Sales Consultant** to join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to contribute to our growth and success by helping customers enhance their driving experience with a range of top-notch aftermarket products. You’ll work closely with our customers, internal teams, and external suppliers, ensuring every product is delivered with the highest level of service and care. **Responsibilities**:

- **Provide Outstanding Service**: Build strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice on the best aftermarket products to suit their needs.
- **Drive Sales and Performance**: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving the growth of CARS24’s aftermarket division.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an expert-level understanding of all aftermarket products, including accessories, care kits, and performance upgrades.
- **Seamless Coordination**: Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery and installation of aftermarket products.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect vehicles to ensure aftermarket products have been correctly applied before customer delivery.
- **Documentation & Follow-up**: Ensure all paperwork related to aftermarket sales is completed accurately, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Customer Communication**: Provide clear explanations of warranties and product features, ensuring every customer feels confident in their purchase.

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience in Sales**: A proven track record in sales is a must. While automotive experience is a bonus, we’ll provide industry-specific training to get you up to speed.
- **Customer-Centric**: You know how to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with customers. Their satisfaction is your priority.
- **Goal-Driven**: You’re motivated by achieving sales targets and KPIs, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- **Communication Skills**: You’ve got outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex product details in an accessible way.
- **Team Player**: While you’re self-motivated and independent, you’re also excited to collaborate with our dynamic, energetic team to shape the future of CARS24.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with CRM systems and tools like Google Docs is a plus, but not required.
- **Driving Force**: A valid driver’s license is essential, as is the ability to carry out a background check.
- **Car Enthusiast (Bonus)**: If you know your way around cars and can show off product features, that’s a huge plus
- **Closer**: You know how to close a deal and guide the customer from inquiry to delivery with confidence and ease.
