**About us**

Daimler Trucks Laverton is one of Australia’s largest Daimler Truck dealerships and a part of the Velocity Truck Centres. Daimler Trucks Laverton retails Fuso, Freightliner, Mercedes-Benz trucks and Mercedes-Benz vans. You will be based in our newly established, state-of-the-art dealership in Truganina. The dealership features the very latest in showroom, workshop and parts technology providing dedicated sales.

**About the opportunity**

The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality customer service experience and new vehicle clerical support to our dealership customers. We are looking for someone who possesses a professional and efficient manner at all times, and promotes a positive customer experience

**Your responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to**:

- Managing and signing new vehicles in an out
- Tagging keys
- Updating vehicle location
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a timely manner

- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills and a fast learner
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A willingness to go the extra mile
- Drivers license
