A Contact Centre professional who loves having an impact on the Customer (CX) and Employee experience (EX).

Experience in Contact Centre technology implementations with a medium level of complexity, understand Contact Centre domain and appreciate project governance and Agile methodology. This role is for a Senior Solution Engineer who can lead the technical
design
and
build
of projects.

Experience in integrations with a level of complexity is required. Experience in Genesys Cloud and /or Amazon Connect will be an advantage.

Lets get to the point

  • An experienced (Min 3 years) Genesys Cloud +Amazon Connect (AWS) Project Engineer to join our CX team due to growing number of customers and projects on their transformational CX journey.
  • Work on solving business and technical problems - your opportunity to shine and support transformation and innovation.
  • Our Engineers are not just looking at a keyboard, this role involves customer interaction and ensuring the customer's outcome is achieved - we are customer focused.
