Noel Jones Ringwood is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our high-performing Property Management team. This full-time position focuses on leasing and assisting the property management team with appointments, making it an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their real estate career in a dynamic, supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Effectively market and lease vacant properties across our residential portfolio
  • Manage the leasing process, including conducting inspections, and liaising with applicants and landlords
  • Maintain strong relationships with current tenants and landlords, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely manner
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well-presented and tenant-ready
  • Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day administration and operations of the portfolio
  • Support the wider team with any other property management tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leasing or property management role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the residential leasing and property management process, including relevant legislation
  • Proficient in using property management software and technology
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
