  • Maximum Term Full Time (5-year contract)

  • Negotiable – salary package circa $150K per annum

The Shire of Augusta Margaret River is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Manager Corporate Services. This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate & Community Services, and responsible for leading key business functions across finance, communications, and customer services.

You'll be part of a progressive, community-focused local government known for its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and service excellence.

What you'll bring:

· A degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field

· At least 3 years' experience in one or more relevant disciplines

· A strategic mindset with strong operational leadership skills

· A passion for community service and performance improvement

· Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive innovation
