Job Description
Eldercare is a purpose-driven organisation that values compassion and community. We are seeking an experienced Retirement Living Community Manager to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to create a welcoming, enriching environment where residents can thrive and enjoy their retirement years to the fullest. You will be responsible for leading and managing all operations within a retirement living community in the western suburbs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management of all operations within a retirement living community in the western suburbs.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service; respond promptly to enquiries and address resident needs effectively.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including financial management, staff management, resident liaison and coordination of resources and services.

Requirements
  • Experience in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Property Management at a supervisory or management level.
  • Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and the retirement living industry.
