We're gearing up for another busy year and need a strong, well-motivated Casual Duty Manager to join our leadership team.

Here's what we're looking for:

Duty Manager – Casual

As a Duty Manager you will be instrumental in the continued success of providing high level hospitality and excellent workplace culture.

You will work alongside a strong managerial team that will lead a large well organised brigade that values hard work and a healthy work life balance. We pride ourselves on our team and offer a workplace that is enjoyable and respectful. Excellent systems are in place to create a seamless, smooth-running operation. We value a calm modern management approach to day-to-day operations that creates a positive inspired workplace environment.

Key Skills and Experience required:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role and know your way around the hospitality business
  • Experience in training and managing staff
  • Handling reservations and phone calls in a professional manner
  • High level of customer Service

You will need to demonstrate:

  • You are motivated, customer-focused, and take charge when needed
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A calm and professional approach to high pressure situations
  • Strong communication skills and be a great mentor that can train others
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude that empowers those around you

Qualifications required:

  • RSA
  • Approved Manager
  • Hospitality Hygiene for food handlers certificate
