The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of a large, fast-paced venue. Your role will be to lead, inspire, and develop a team while ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

You'll bring: - Outstanding guest service and communication skills - Experience supervising and motivating a large team - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - In-depth knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and beer - A proven track record in managing high-volume restaurants - Stock management acumen and the ability to drive efficiency

Skills and Experience

To be successful, you'll have: - Relevant hospitality/restaurant qualifications, including RSA - 2+ years' experience managing busy, fast-paced restaurants - Capability to manage large floor and back-of-house teams via radio - Experience managing bookings of 400+ PAX/day (OpenTable experience ideal) - Ability to oversee multiple passes during 300+ PAX service - Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverage service - POS and administration proficiency - A hands-on, energetic leadership style
