Brisbane's Leading Independent Hotel is currently seeking dynamic glass-half-full Food & Beverage Attendants. We consider those with full availability, which includes early morning shifts in our restaurant to late finishing shifts in conferencing.

About the roles

You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to all our guests throughout our Banquets and Restaurant outlets. You will have excellent knowledge of food, wines, cocktails and the sequence of service. Providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests by identifying and ensuring their needs, wants, and expectations are met will make you successful in this role.

About you:

  • Experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or conference environment is preferable
  • You are available for early morning starts and late finishes
  • A solid commitment to customer service and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of the sequence of service and table etiquette
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
