We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join their expanding team, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to structure your own day.

Your Role:
  • As a valued member of the team, you will:
  •  Provide high-quality, client-centered assessments and interventions
  •  Work with NDIS participants, aged care clients, and individuals with disabilities
  •  Develop capacity-building programs tailored to client needs
  •  Provide recommendations on assistive technology, home modifications, and car modifications
  •  Educate families, caregivers, and support teams to enhance client independence
  •  Maintain accurate and professional documentation

What We're Looking For:
  •  AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
  •  Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical setting
  •  Experience in NDIS, aged care, or disability sectors highly desirable
  •  Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  •  A valid Victorian driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (for mobile therapy roles)
