With more than 20,000 employees across 550+ stores in Australia, Chemist Warehouse is Australia's largest and most recognised pharmacy group — and we're still growing. Following our recent merger with Sigma Healthcare, we're entering an exciting new chapter as an ASX-listed company, with continued expansion into New Zealand, Ireland, China, and beyond.

- Delivering proactive, solutions-focused Employee Relations advice across stores, head office, and distribution centres.
- Supporting leaders with end-to-end case management, performance concerns, and employee grievances.
- Coaching managers on best-practice processes — including investigations, disciplinary outcomes, and fair decision-making.
- Acting as a point of escalation and providing leadership to Advisors as needed.
- Drafting formal documentation and communications with precision and professionalism.
- Interpreting employment legislation, Modern Awards, EA's, and policies to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Identifying areas for improvement in ER practices and helping drive cultural uplift across the business.
- Championing fairness, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Travelling occasionally (locally/interstate) to build relationships and provide in-person support where needed.
About You

- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in managing complex cases and influencing decision-makers.
- A calm, fair, and commercially aware mindset.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Digital fluency with confidence using HR systems.
- Experience in retail, pharmaceutical, or service-based industries (highly regarded).
