THE ROLE:
As a Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of SME clients within the Select division, delivering personalised and strategic insurance solutions across multiple policy lines. This role will see you act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships, overseeing renewals and retention, and ensuring programs are tailored to each client's unique needs and risk profile. With regular face-to-face and online client meetings, as well as attendance at industry events and networking opportunities, you'll play a key role in driving exceptional service and long-term client success.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Independently manage a portfolio of high-profile SME clients across multiple industries
- Oversee client renewals, retention, and growth strategies
- Deliver tailored advice on multi-policy insurance programs
- Conduct client meetings face-to-face and online, building trust and strong partnerships
- Attend industry events, fairs, and networking activities to enhance client relationships
- Provide accurate, compliant, and strategic insurance support aligned with client needs
- Collaborate closely with senior brokers and internal stakeholders to deliver premium service
*SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:*
- Tier 1 qualified Insurance Broker with strong industry knowledge
- Proven experience in client portfolio management, ideally within SME or commercial insurance
- Skilled in building client relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commercially astute, proactive, and solutions focused
- Confident managing multi-policy insurance programs across diverse industries
- Comfortable attending client meetings and industry events as a trusted brand representative
