Client Experience Coordinator

In this role, you won't be buried in dispatch logistics (we've got a dedicated Dispatcher for that). Your focus is simple but powerful: build trust, create connection, and ensure every client knows we're here for them from the very first contact to the final follow-up.

What You'll Do

Be the first impression – answer calls with warmth, listen intently, and make clients feel valued from the very first second.

Build relationships that last – get to know our clients, understand their needs, and create trust that keeps them coming back.

Coordinate with our Dispatcher (DSR) – work closely together to ensure jobs are scheduled with accuracy and care.

Follow up like a pro – check in after service, handle feedback, and make sure every client feels heard and appreciated.

Find solutions – when challenges pop up, you're the one finding the path forward, keeping things calm and professional.
