About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team on a 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Lead, you'll play a critical role in embedding structured processes, uplifting capability, and ensuring compliance across the Marketing function. This role is central to the rollout of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Workfront, helping the team deliver marketing activities with greater speed, accountability, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Design & Workflow Development – map and optimise processes, embed governance steps, and maintain SOPs.
  • Business Analysis & System Support – coordinate across Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets, ProofHQ, and Fusion, supporting UAT and go‑live readiness.
  • Process Enablement & Change Adoption – deliver training, guides, and workshops to drive adoption of new workflows.
  • Risk & Governance Support – maintain vendor records, risk trackers, and reporting in line with industry standard requirements.
  • Finance & Administration – consolidate monthly budget reporting and provide admin support for operational meetings and team activities (including booking rooms, preparing materials, and chasing information when needed).

Skills and Experience

  • Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience:

  • Solid experience in marketing operations and project support.

  • Practical knowledge of workflow and process design in a marketing or regulated environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (Assets, Workfront, Proofing) and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Desired:

  • Experience in business analysis, UAT coordination, or digital asset management.

  • Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams
  • Exposure to governance, compliance, or risk management frameworks.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or Service Design.
