Customer Service Officer

Our client, a well-established and trusted name in the manufacturing and distribution industry is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of the business and build meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
About Us
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact, offering proactive and professional support to customers.
Identify and create sales opportunities through excellent service and product knowledge.
Assist in implementing and maintaining effective processes and procedures to support efficient branch operations.
Work closely with internal teams including production, transport, credit, and sales to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Champion a Zero Harm culture by adhering to and promoting safety standards and procedures.
Upholding and promoting safety leadership standards across all interactions.
Minimising errors through accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to processes.
Living the brand values and delivering service aligned with the Customer Service Charter.
Escalating and resolving customer concerns efficiently through the appropriate channels.
Participating in safety meetings, environmental audits, and quality checks.
Your Profile
Relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Team player that can manage competing tasks
Prvious experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors highly sort
Exposure to logistics, production, or supply chain functions.
Mon - Fri Work $34.58/HR Casual to commence with
