Restoration Technician – Fire & Water Damage Recovery

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and hands-on Restoration Technician to respond to property damage caused by fire, water, and other events. In this active, field-based role, no two days are the same. You'll help people get back on their feet after unexpected damage to their homes or businesses.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Attending water, mould, fire, and storm damage restoration jobs
  • Using drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
  • Performing site clean-ups, moisture checks, and minor demolition tasks
  • Liaising with customers, insurance representatives, and internal teams
  • Completing job documentation via phone or tablet
  • Occasionally travelling locally and interstate
  • Participating in a rotating on-call roster for after-hours emergency response
We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have
  • Experience in restoration (fire, water, or mould) – preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Solid time management and attention to detail
  • A valid C Class Driver's Licence
