About the Role

As Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the marketing campaigns for the organistation. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will create engaging and impactful content that elevates the Roseleigh Homes brand, strengthens audience connections and drives growth across our social media platforms.

This role is based in our Warragul Office and across our constructions sites through outer South East Melbourne, West and South Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley and provides the chance to work closely with a talented and dedicated team.  The position on offer is a 12 month contract (parental leave cover) working part-time (24 hours per week), with flexibility available with work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies which are aligned with the organisation's overall marketing goals;
  • Develop and manage content for Roseleigh Homes' Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels are required and manage and maintain content calendars for platforms;
  • Creating engaging and relevant content (posts, stories, short-form videos, reels and written copy etc) tailored to organisational goals;
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering an online community;
  • Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other relevant digital platforms, ensuring campaigns deliver maximum ROI;
  • Analyse and report on social media performance including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions and sentiment.  Analyse and report on paid advertising campaigns;
  • Create digital assets including graphics, videos and written content for blogs, newsletters and social posts;
  • Align content with brand messaging, ensuring it is consistent in tone, style and visual appeal;
  • Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to identify content opportunities, industry developments, and audience insights.

About You

To excel in this role, you will need:-

  • Experience in social media management, paid social media advertising or in a similar role;
  • Strong experience producing static and video content, from conception to shooting, copywriting, editing and posting;
  • Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools;
  • Strong understanding of analytics to inform strategies and optimise content performance;
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and prioritisation skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and engage stakeholders across the business;
  • An enthusiastic can-do attitude which enables you to be comfortable in front of the camera as you are behind, jumping in to talk to camera when required;
  • A passion for new home construction and design.
