We're growing fast — and we're looking for a compassionate, motivated Service Delivery Lead to join our team.
About the Role
The Service Delivery Lead provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of our Client Services team, ensuring service excellence across all NDIS and community supports.
You'll mentor and support a small, committed team, oversee complex client onboarding, and work closely with our Operations and Support Worker teams to ensure every participant receives quality, person-centred support.
This role is ideal for someone who's experienced in team leading, NDIS service coordination and/ or leadership, loves working with people, and is ready to step into a key position in a growing, supportive organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support the Client Services team.
- Oversee participant onboarding, coordination and service delivery.
- Supervise and develop support workers and coordinators.
- Ensure documentation, compliance and quality standards are met.
- Manage incidents, behaviour supports and restrictive practice processes.
- Support scheduling, SIL transitions and participant reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and stakeholders.
- Promote a collaborative, values-driven team culture.
About You
You'll bring strong leadership skills, empathy and initiative. You enjoy balancing people management with hands-on support for clients and staff.
You're calm, organised and solutions-focused, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Community Services, Disability, Social Work or related field.
- Experience in a leadership, coordination or service delivery role within NDIS or community services.
- Understanding of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR.
- Strong communication, time management and teamwork skills.
