Key Responsibilities

• Source buyers and generate new business opportunities
• Conduct buyer appointments and open-for-inspections
• Liaise with brokers, accountants, solicitors, and referral partners
• Source, inspect, and shortlist properties
• Arrange quotes with trades and property stylists
• Maintain and update client details in the CRM system
• Communicate effectively with clients and respond to all enquiries
• Report key performance indicators to the Principal
• Assist with the preparation and processing of sale files
• Manage social media and advertising campaigns
