Seeking to add an additional member to their thriving office, passionate about the industry & looking to kick start their career in Residential construction 

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide high level customer service to all clients
  • Coordination of client files - including Contracts, Permits & Council applications.
  • Prepare submissions consisting of plans and colour selections for approval
  • Maintain customer file information including correspondence, contract variations and key event status.
  • Create relevant workflow notes and updates completing tasks and confirming events as they transpire.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

Our client is seeking an experienced customer service administrator with a passion for construction. 

  • Excellent customer service, passionate about people
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the construction industry in a similar role is desirable | minimum 1 year in residential.
  • Problem solver & eager to be part of a team
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
